الحقوق والحريات في دول شمال افريقيا: وفقا لمؤشر الحرية2011-2023

الملخص
منذ سنة 2011 شهدت العديد من الدول العربية في شمال إفريقيا تحولات سياسية مختلفة أثرت على الوضع السياسي و الأمني و حتى الاقتصادي بالمنطقة و هو ما اثر بدوره على مستوى حقوق الإنسان و الحريات فيها. و رغم الوعود التي تعهدت بها الأنظمة السياسية الحاكمة بالمنطقة إلا أن وضعية حقوق الإنسان ما زالت تراوح مكانها ضمن فئة الدول الانحسار و التدهور الحقوقي. و هو ما تجمع عليه مختلف التقارير التي تضعها المنظمات الدولية و الإقليمية المتخصصة في هذا الشأن، و عليه تهدف هذه الورقة إلى استقراء تطور مؤشرات الحرية لدول شمال إفريقيا وفقا للتقارير المعدة سنويا من قبل مؤسسة دار الحرية و الأهم من ذلك البحث حول مسببات هذا الوضع الحقوقي و رهاناته المستقبلية. Since 2011, the Arab countries in North Africa have witnessed political transformations that affected the political, security, and even economic situation in the region. These transformations did affected the level of human rights and freedom in those countries. Despite the promises made by the ruling political regimes in the region, the human rights situation classify’s them as non-free states, this is a fact agreed upon by many reports of the international and regional organizations cocerning human rights. Therefore this paper aims to extrapolate the development of freedom indicators for North African countries according to freedom in the world reports prepared annually by Freedom House, focusing precisely on the causes of this human rights situation and its future stakes Keywords: Rights; Liberties; North Africa; Freedom in the world
