الملخص
عالم الثقافة عالم ديناميكي على الدوام وهو يشكل مشكلة تعد من أهم وأعقد وأوغل الاهتمامات في تاريخ الفكر الإنساني عموما والفكر الفلسفي على وجه الخصوص، يتوجب علينا حسب مالك بن نبي دراستها وتفسيرها، وهو يؤكد أن مشكلة الثقافة ليست معزولة عن واقعنا المعيش ، فضلا على أنّها ليست مسألة صورية بل إنّها تتفجّر من رحم الواقع لا تنفكُّ عن الحياة بمختلف جوانبها، إنّ مشكلة الثقافة متجذّرة في كلّ مجال في أعمالنا اليومية في المدارس، الجامعات، النّوادي الرّياضية والثقافية....الامر الذّي يدفعنا للوقوف على أبرز خصائصها وهي ذلك التركيب والتعقيد الذّي تتسم به فهي تشمل كل ما يمكن للإنسان تحصيله في إطار الحياة الاجتماعية من مهارات وقدرات مختلفة بالإضافة إلى منظومة القيم والعادات والتقاليد في إطار الحياة الاجتماعية. ومن هذا المنطلق أمكننا القول أن الثقافة ترتبط في وجودها بالمجتمع ذلك المجتمع المحدد زمنيا وجغرافيا، فالمجتمع هو الذي يمنح هذه الثقافة أو تلك إمكانية الوجود وقابلية الاستمرارية والتواتر بين الأجيال، الأمر الذي جعل لكل مجتمع من المجتمعات الإنسانية ثقافته الخاصة والواضحة المعالم، ومن خلال الثقافة يتمكن الإنسان من التعرف على انتمائه الاجتماعي، ولقد حمل لواء الفكر على مر العصور وتعاقب الأزمنة مهمّة الـتّأسيس للفعل الثقافي والحضاري بالنسبة للفرد والمجتمع على حدّ سواء. one of the most important, complex, and deep-rooted concerns in the history of human thought in general and philosophical thought in particular that, according to Malik Bennabi, we must study and interpret it. He confirms that the problem of culture is not isolated from our living reality, nor it is a formal issue, in fact it explodes from the womb of reality and is inseparable from life in its various aspects. The problem of culture is rooted in every field in our daily work in schools, universities, sports and cultural clubs...which prompts us to identify its most prominent characteristics, which is the composition and complexity that characterizes it and which also includes everything that a person can acquire within the framework of social life, including different skills and abilities, in addition to the system of values, customs and traditions within the framework of social life. From this standpoint, we can say that culture is linked in its existence to society, that specific society in time and geography. Society is what gives this or that culture the possibility of existence and the possibility of continuity and frequency between generations, which has made every human society its own, clearly defined culture, and through culture it is possible Man is able to recognize his social affiliation. Throughout the ages and successive times, the banner of thought has carried the task of establishing cultural and civilizational action for both the individual and society.
