الملخص
تتمظهر الثقافة عند مولود قاسم في رفض كل أشكال المسخ والنسخ التي مارسها الاستدمار ،مؤكدا على تعميم اللغة العربية والتعليم الاصلي ، ضمنها مشروع اصلاحي نهضوي يحارب فيه كل اشكال الاستلاب والمسخ الثقافي يحث فيه على التمسك بالأصالة والانفتاح على المعاصرة ،والرهان على معركة العقل اذ يرى اننا لسنا يتامى الثقافة ولا يتامى التاريخ ،بل الفكر الجزائري أصيل الثقافة وصانع التاريخ ،فهو بحق مؤسس لسؤال النهضة الفكرية في الجزائر وتكتمل المعادلة الحضارية عنده بتحقيق الاستقلال الثقافي مقابل الاستقلال الوطني . Culture, according to Mouloud Qasim, appears in the rejection of all forms of distortion and copying practiced by colonialism, emphasizing the dissemination of the Arabic language and original education, including a renaissance reform project in which he fights all forms of alienation and cultural distortion, in which he urges adherence to authenticity and openness to modernity, and betting on the battle of the mind, as he sees that we We are not orphans of culture nor orphans of history. Rather, Algerian thought is authentic in culture and a maker of history. It is truly the founder of the question of intellectual renaissance in Algeria, and its civilizational equation is completed by achieving cultural independence in exchange for national independence.
