Résumé
Learning a language does not only consist of knowing its grammar, and vocabulary, learners must also develop skills that go beyond the purely formal aspects of it. For this reason, courtesy has taken an essential place in order to communicate successfully. In this sense, the inclusion of content related to conversational forms has become essential. This article presents a study on the art of courtesy in relation to the production of many linguistic forms with more accurate content. We believe this overview makes significant contributions to the field of teaching and learning and serves as a reference for teaching courtesy.
