دور الأسرة الجزائرية في تأمين الرعاية الاجتماعية للطفل في ظل العولمة

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الى إلقاء الضوء على مرحلة حاسمة من حياة الفرد الا وهي الطفولة، حيث تعد الاعوام القليلة الاولى من العمر هي الاساس السليم لشخصية الانسان وهذا ما اكدته العديد من الدراسات العلمية والابحاث الإمبريقية، التي تستهدف تحقيق التنمية للطفل. وتعتبر الاسرة المؤسسة الاولى التي يلقى فيها الطفل التربية والتنشئة، ومنهجيا قمنا بطرح السؤال الذي مؤداه: ما هو الدور المحوري الذي لعبه الوالدين في التربية المبكرة لأطفالهم؟ وكيف ساهمت التكنولوجيا الحديثة في تدعيم او اضعاف هذا الدور؟، وللإجابة على هذا الاشكال تم تبني الاسلوب الوصفي التحليلي مع اعتماد مقاربة نظرية تتماشى وخصوصية الموضوع والمتمثلة في مقاربة التغير الاجتماعي في إطار النظرية الاجتماعية. Abstract: The study aims to shed light on a crucial stage of an individual’s life, which is childhood, as the first few years of life are the sound foundation of a person’s personality, and this has been confirmed by many scientific studies and empirical research, which aim to achieve development for the child. The family is considered the primary institution in which a child receives education and upbringing. Systematically, we asked the question: What is the pivotal role that parents play in the early education of their children? How does modern technology contribute to strengthening or weakening this role? To answer these questions, the descriptive analytical method was adopted, along with adopting a theoretical approach that is consistent with the specificity of the topic, which is represented in approaching social change within the framework of social theory.
