النظام التعليمي الجزائري في ظل القوى الاجتماعية المحيطة به وفق نموذج بيريداي

الملخص

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مختلف القوى الاجتماعية التي تحيط بالنظام التعليمي الجزائري في سبيل تحقيق التنمية، لاسيما وأننا نعيش على غرار بقية العالم موجة من الثورات الإعلامية والمعلوماتية التي خلفت تغيرات كبيرة في النسق الاجتماعي عموما والتعليم خصوصا.ومنهجنا في هذا التحليل هو نموذج بيريداي للتربية المقارنة الذي يعد مفتاحا هاما للتفسير الاجتماعي للمشهد التعليمي، حيث أسفرت نتائج هذا التحليل عن وجود جملة من العوامل الاجتماعية التي تؤثر ويتأثر بها التعليم في الجزائر ليجد نفسه أمام المزيد من الضغوطات الاجتماعية التي تطالب بنوعية أحسن للتعليم من جهة والتكفل بحالات الفشل الدراسي من جهة أخرى. وانطلاقا من كل ما ذكر نلتمس نجاعة نموذج بيريداي في هذا النوع من تحليل الأنظمة التعليمية الذي يتسم بطابع الأفقية من جهة ومن جهة أخرى طريقته المجالية في هذا النموذج تعد أرضية مهمة لفهم تراثنا التعليمي للانطلاق في دراسات مقارنة أو اقتباس ناجح للإصلاحات تعليمية. this study aims to analyze the various cultural pillars of the Algerian educational system, especially as we are witnessing a wave of media and information revolutions that have caused significant changes in the social order in general and education in particular. This has caused great challenges for our schools and universities. Our approach is based on the Bereday model of comparative education which is an important key to interpreting the achievements and failures in the educational arena, from different aspects especially the social one Where the results of this analysis revealed the presence of a number of social factors that affect and are affected by education in Algeria, to find itself in front of more social pressures that demand a better quality of education on the one hand, and to take care of cases of academic failure on the other hand. we recognize the effectiveness of the Bereday model in this educational analysis, characterized by its horizontal approach on one hand, and its input for understanding our educational heritage and its contextual method on the other hand. This model is an important pillar for conducting comparative studies and implementing successful educational reforms.
