Practicing Physical Activities And Its Relationship To Determining Levels Of Future Anxiety Among Orphan Children

Abstract

This study aimed to shed light on the possibility of the contribution of physical and sporting activities practiced by a group of orphan children in enhancing some aspects that make up the personality in terms of physical, psychological and mental aspects through raising the degree of self-evaluation and self-confidence and its association with determining their levels of future anxiety. In order to help them and guide them to a better life, we conducted a study on two independent groups, one group practiced physical and sporting activities and the other did not, and we distributed a special scale to determine levels of future anxiety and applied the T test to measure the differences between the two groups, and we reached the following results: * - There are statistically significant differences in the level of anxiety related to future life problems and the level of anxiety related to despair over failure between orphan children who practice sports physical activity and those who do not practice it. * - While we found that there are no statistically significant differences in the levels of health anxiety and mental anxiety between orphan children who practice sports physical activity and those who do not practice it.
