تطور حركية سوق الشغل بالجزائر (1962-2022) – آليات وإحصائيات

الملخص
نحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية تتبع مسار حركية سوق الشغل بالجزائر، مع ابراز بعض الإحصائيات الخاصة بمؤشراته واستعراض أهم آليات وأجهزة دعمه وتنظيمه، حيث تبين لنا أن هذه الحركية كانت في تغير مستمر تحت تأثير سياسات التنمية المنتهجة من طرف الدولة ومجموعة من الأحداث الوطنية والدولية التي كان لها تأثير، مباشر و/أو غير مباشر، على سوق الشغل بصفة خاصة، وعلى العموم فإن مسار تطور هذا الأخير قد شهد أربعة مراحل زمنية منذ الإستقلال الى غاية اليوم، تتباين نسب مؤشراته حسب خصائص كل مرحلة، كما تم الوقوف في الأخير على أهم التحديات التي يواجهها سوق الشغل بالجزائر In this research paper, we attempt to trace the movement of the Algerian labor market, highlighting some statistics on its indicators and reviewing the main mechanisms and devices of its support and organization, recognizing that this movement is constantly under the influence of government development policies changes and a number of national and international events that have a direct and/or indirect impact on the labor market. Overall, the development of the latter has gone through four periods from independence to today. The percentages of its indicators vary according to the characteristics of each stage.Finally, the main challenges facing the Algerian labor market
