الملخص
يتناول هذا البحث موضوع المسؤولية المدنية عن الأخطاء الناتجة عن إجراء التجارب الطبية، وبالأخص إنتاج اللقاح. والملاحظ في عصرنا أن المنظومة الطبية بصفة عامة بدأت تأخذ صبغة تجارية أبعدتها عن رسالتها الأساسية في خدمة الإنسان والحفاظ على صحته، ومع تسابق مؤسسات تصنيع الأدوية والمخابر لاختراع اللقاحات وتلبية حاجات الأسواق لها؛ تحدث كثير من التجاوزات التي تنتج أضرارا تصيب المرضى الخاضعين لها، هذا الأمر سبب لقيام المسؤولية المدنية على صناع الأدوية والمختبرات. فجاء هذا البحث ليتناول أحكام هذه المسؤولية المدنية ونوعها وما يترتب عنها من تعويض لجبر الأضرار. In our time, the medical system in general has begun to take a commercial character that has removed it from its basic mission of serving and preserving people's health. As manufacturing medicines and laboratories race to invent vaccines and meet market needs, many of the abuses that result in harm to the subjected patients are caused by civil liability on the part of pharmaceutical and laboratory makers. For this reason; This research dealt with the provisions and type of civil liability and the resulting compensation for damages.
