الملخص
يتطرق البحث إلى أهم المبادئ الأساسية التي من شأنها ارساء معالم لمدرسة وطنية في الترميم في الجزائر، وتحديد ما يحتاجه إليه تراثنا الوطني في مجال الترميم الظرفي وصيانته الدائمة على ضوء التشريع الدولي المعمول به في هذا الصدد، واختيار من التجارب الدولية الناجحة، التي أصبحت لها قدما راسخة في هذا المجال الحيوي بما يخدمه خدمة إيجابية تعود عليه بالمنفعة الخاصة، ومنفعة المجتمع الجزائري. Summary: The research deals with the most fundamental principles that would make it possible to establish the characteristics of a national school of restoration in Algeria, and to determine what our national heritage needs in the field of circumstantial restoration and its permanent maintenance in the light. of the international legislation in force in this regard. , and a selection of successful international experiences that have manifested themselves, it is firmly established in this vital area, as it serves as a positive service that brings particular benefit and the benefit of Algerian society.
