الملخص
ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تقييم مسؤولية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة اتجاه الاقتصاد الوطني من خلال دراسة مساهمتها في معالجة اشكالية البطالة وترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات؛ ومن خلال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي فعبر دراسة المتغيرات المتعلقة بالدراسة وتحليلها والربط بينها احصائيا توصلنا الى وجود مساهمة ضعيفة نوعا مــا لقطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في توفير مناصب الشغل وترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات وهذا ما يثبت فشل الاستراتيجيات المتبعة من طرف الجهات الوصية للاستفادة من هذا القطاع رغم أهميته في تحقيق القيمة المضافة للاقتصاد الوطني وعليه خلصت الدراسة الى وجوب الاهتمام بهذا القطاع ومراجعة الاستراتيجيات الحالية لتحقيق الاهداف المنشودة منه. Abstract: This study aimed at assessing the responsibility of small and medium enterprises towards the national economy by studying their contribution to addressing the problem of unemployment and promoting exports outside of hydrocarbons, and through the descriptive analytical approach by studying the study variables, analyzing them and linking them statistically. We have reached a somewhat weak contribution to the small and medium enterprises sector in providing Job positions and the promotion of exports outside of hydrocarbons, and this proves the failure of the strategies adopted by the guardianship authorities to benefit from this sector despite its importance in achieving the added value of the national economy. Therefore, the study concluded that it is necessary to pay attention to this sector and review to achieve the desired goals.
