الملخص
يعتبر التحكيم الدولي طريق بديل لتسوية منازعات الإستثمار الدولية نظرا للمكانة التي يمتاز بها في وقتنا الحالي، حيث تفصل هيئة التحكيم في المهمة المسندة إليها بحكم تحكيمي ملزم للأطراف، إلا أن هذا الحكم ينفذ طواعية من الطرف الذي يهمه التعجيل لأن المحكم ليس لديه سلطة الأمر وقد أسند المشرع الجزائري هذه المهمة حصرا للقاضي الوطني لإمهاره بالصيغة التنفيذية، حتى يتسنى له رقابة الأحكام التحكيمية الدولية الصادرة في الجزائر وخارجها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإعتراف؛ التنفيذ؛ الإستئناف؛ الطعن بالبطلان؛ الحكم التحكيمي.
