الملخص
مع انتشار ظاهرة الإرهاب عبر ربوع العالم و تطور أساليبه بسبب استفادته من التطور التكنولوجي الهائل الذي يعرفه عصرنا ، أصبحت مسألة مكافحة هذه الآفة تشكل الشغل الشاغل لمختلف الدول و هنا برزت فكرة حدود احترام مبادئ حقوق الإنسان التي تمثل معيارا لازدهار الدول وتقدمها لدى مواجهتها للجرائم الإرهابية في سياق مهامها الكلاسيكية المتمثلة في توفير الطمأنينة و السكينة للأفراد و حمايتهم في أرواحهم و ممتلكاتهم With the spread of the phenomenon of terrorism across the world and the development of its methods because of its benefit from the tremendous technological development known in our time, the issue of combating this scourge has become the concern of different countries.
