الملخص

يستهدف البحث استكشاف فاعلية دور حاضنة أعمال جامعة المسيلة في إنشاء ومرافقة المؤسسات الناشئة، وتحديد الخدمات التي تقدمها في دعم حاملي المشاريع المحتضنين. أستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات باعتماد استبانات إلكترونية بلغت (120) إستبانة، توصّلت النتائج إلى أنّ حاضنة أعمال جامعة المسيلة تلعب دوراً أساسياً في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة ومرافقتها نحو النجاح، واستمراريتها في السوق من خلال الخدمات التي تقدمها. The research aims to explore the effectiveness of the role of the University of M’sila business incubator in establishing & accompanying emerging enterprises, & to determine the services it provides in supporting incubated project holders. By adopting electronic questionnaires amounting to (120) questionnaires to collect data. The results concluded that the M'sila University Business Incubator plays an essential role in supporting emerging enterprises & accompanying them towards success through the services it provides.
