الملخص
يعتبر تمويل الجماعات المحلية من أكبر التحديات التي تواجهها في ظل الصلاحيات التي منحت لها والمهام التي أوكلت لها، فكلما استطاعت المحليات تعبئة المزيد من الموارد المالية كلما استطاعت القيام بمهامها على أكمل وجه و تمكنت من تحقيق الاستقلالية. وفي إطار البحث عن مصادر للتمويل جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية التي تهدف إلى إبراز الدور الذي يلعبه نمو و توسع المشاريع الاستثمارية في تعبئة موارد ميزانية البلدية وذلك من خلال دراسة حالة بلدية برانيس، وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و من أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة أن الاستثمار المحلي له انعكاس ايجابي على إيرادات الجماعات المحلية The issue of financing local groups is considered one of the biggest challenges that the latter faces in light of the powers granted to them and the tasks entrusted to them. The more localities can mobilize more financial resources, the more they can carry out their tasks and be able to achieve independence. This research paper aims to highlight the role that the growth and expansion of investment projects play in mobilizing municipal budget resources through the study of the municipality of Branis, where we have followed the descriptive analytical approach, . Finaly, one of the most important findings of the study. is that the role of local investment has a positive impact on municipal revenues.
