الملخص

نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز الجانب التنويري والتقدمي في خطاب جمعية العلماء المسلمين، ومن خلال نشاطها ومواقفها ،فقد تشكلت هذ الجمعية من نخبة من العلماء الأفذاذ الذين جمعوا بين العلوم الشرعية والفقه بالواقع ومتطلبات المرحلة ،فكان العالم منهم مفكرا وأديبا وشاعرا وسياسيا ومصلحا وصحفيا صاحب قلم ،مما أثمر خطابا دينيا يختلف عن الخطاب الديني التقليدي المعهود الذي يصاحبه التعصب والجمود والجهل بمتطلبات المرحلة وطبيعة الصراع الحضاري الذي تخوضه الأمة ، فكان خطابهم يتسم بالواقعية والذكاء ومراعاة المصالح وترتيب الأولويات دون المساس بالثوابت والكليات ، وقد كان لهذا النضج السياسي والوعي الديني لدى علماء الجمعية أثره البالغ على الحياة السياسية والثقافية والدينية ،كما سجلت الساحة الجزائرية الكثير من الردود المؤيدة و المعارضة لعلماء الجمعية ومواقفهم وهذه ضريبة الاجتهاد و التجديد والإقلاع عن العادة والتقليد وقد اتبعت المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي بمحاولة الوقوف على بعض مواقف العلماء من القضايا والمستجدات كما خلصت الى أن أعضاء الجمعية لم يكونوا مجرد علماء دين تقليديين ، بل مفكرين أيضا مما أهلهم للاجتهاد و إنتاج خطاب ديني متفتح على الواقع السياسي والاجتماعي مع توظيف أدوات الدعوة والإصلاح ،كالصحف والمجلات والمدارس والجمعيات ومما توصلت إليه تفتح علماء الجمعية على الحركات الإصلاحية في المشرق وتأثر روادها برموز الإصلاح كمحمد عبده وجمال الدين الافغاني . Through this paper, we seek to highlight the enlightening and progressive aspect of the discourse of the Association of Muslim Scholars, through its activities and stances, this association was formed from a group of distinguished scholars who combined legal sciences and jurisprudence with reality and the requirements of the stage, the scholar among them was a thinker, a writer, a poet, a politician, a reformer, and a journalist with a pen, which resulted in a religious discourse that differs from the usual traditional religious discourse that is accompanied by intolerance, rigidity, and ignorance of the requirements of the stage and the nature of the civilizational conflict that the nation is waging. Their discourse was characterized by realism, intelligence, consideration of interests, and prioritization without prejudice to constants and colleges, this political maturity and religious awareness of the association’s scholars had a profound impact on political, cultural and religious life, as the Algerian arena also recorded many responses in favor and opposition to the scholars of the association and their positions and this is the tax of diligence, innovation, and quitting habit and imitation, and it followed the inductive and analytical approach to try to identify some of the positions of scholars on issues and developments, it also concluded that the members of the association were not just traditional religious scholars but also thinkers, which qualified them for diligence and the production of a religious discourse that is open to political and social reality with the use of advocacy and reform tools, such as newspapers, magazines, schools and associations. And from what it reached that the association’s scholars were open to reform movements in the East, and its pioneers were influenced by reform symbols such as Muhammad Abdo and Jamal al-Din al-Afghani.
