المصطلح العلمي (النشأة والمفهوم وإشكالات الدلالة )

الملخص
تعرف العديد من العلوم اهتماماً بالغاً بدراسة المصطلح ، الذي يُعتبر موضوعها بالإضافة إلى ما يتعامل به العلم ذاته من مصطلحـات تـميِّزه عن غيره من العلوم وهي : علم صناعة المعجم، علم المفردات، علم الـمُصطلح. وقد بُذلت في هذه العلوم الثَّلاثة جهود كبيرة في وضع المصطلحات ونشرها وتحييدها . ومع تطوُّر العلوم وازدياد التَّواصُل الإنساني وحاجة الإنسان إلى التَّرجمة الفوريَّة عند عقد المؤتمرات والملتقيات العلميَّة الدَّوليَّة ، ومع ا تِّساع آفاق التَّواصُل الإنساني اشتدَّت حاجة المصطلح يِّين إلى وضع المصطلحات الجديدة وترجمتها ، واشتدَّت الحاجة عند علماء العربيَّة لضبط المصطلحات الجديدة ومتابعة ما يستجد من إنشائها وتعميمها وذلك بالمعتمد من علوم اللغة : كالاشتقاق ، والنَّحت والتَّعريب ... فضلاً عن متطلَّبات التَّقييس والعالميَّة . ويأتي هذا البحث لمعالجة موضوع " المصطلح العلمي " والبحث في مفهوم المصطلح ونشأته والإشكالات التي تعترض دلالات وضعه واستحداثه . وعليه فإنَّ الإشكاليَّة لا تخرج عن حُدود الأسئلة الآتية : ما المقصود بالمصطلح ؟ وما الذي يُميِّزه عن مفردات اللغة في الصِّناعة المعجميَّة ؟ وما هي الإشكالات الدَّلاليَّة التي تعترض وضع المصطلح وإعداده ؟ . الكلمات المفتاحيَّة : مصطلح ، دلالة ، علم المفردات ، معجم . Abstract Many sciences pay great attention to the study of the term, which is their subject, in addition to what the science itself deals with terms that distinguish it from other sciences, namely: the science of lexicography, the science of vocabulary, and the science of terminology. These three sciences have made great efforts in the development of terms, their dissemination, and their standardization. With the development of science, the increase in human communication, and the need for human translation at the time of international scientific conferences and meetings, and with the expansion of the horizons of human communication, the need for the development of good terms and their translation has increased, and the need for Arabic scholars to control new terms and follow up on what is new in their creation and generalization, based on the sciences of language: such as derivation, sculpting, and Arabization... in addition to the requirements of standardization and globalization. This research comes to address the topic of "scientific terminology" and to explore the concept of the term, its origins, and the problems that hinder its meanings of its placement and innovation. Therefore, the problem does not go beyond the limits of the following questions: • What is meant by the term? • What distinguishes it from the vocabulary of the language in the lexical industry? • What are the semantic problems that hinder the placement and preparation of the term?
