الملخص

ملخص: أصبح العالم الرقمي الشغل الشاغل في عصرنا الحديث، بحيث عززت تكنولوجيا الاتصال قدرات الحكومات والمؤسسات والأفراد على تسيير كافة أعمالهم وأمور حياتهم عبر هذه التقنية، التي سهلت ومست حياتنا من كل جوانبها وعلى كافة مستوياتها، فغيرت جميع مفاهيم الحياة التقليدية، وأصبح من يملك المعلومات يملك مفاتيح المستقبل. إلا أن التطور التقني المعلوماتي بات سلاح ذو حدين، فعلى الرغم من القفزات النوعية التي حققتها، والتغيرات الإيجابية الكبيرة التي أحدثتنها سواء على الصعيد الدولي أو الداخلي، إلا أنها أتاحت الفرصة لظهور أنواع جديدة ومستحدثة من الجرائم مست الفرد بالدرجة الأولى، لأنه أصبح من أكثر مستخدمي هذه التقنية، ودخل فيما يسمى عالم الخصوصية الرقمية، خصوصا مع مشاركة الأفراد مسائلهم الخاصة عبر شبكة الانترنيت، وأصبحت حياتهم الخاصة عرضة للانتهاك من طرف مستخدمي هذه التقنية. Abstract: The digital world has become the preoccupation of our modern era. The communication technology has enhanced the capabilities of governments, institutes and individuals to conduct all their work and life matters through this technology, which felicitated and effected our lives in all aspects and all levels, and it changed all the concepts of traditional life. And whoever has the information has the keys to the future. However, the Information Technology Development has become a double-edged sword, despite the qualitative leaps it has made, and the great positive changes it has brought about, both national and international. However, it has provided opportunities for new types of crimes to emerge, which effected individuals in first place, because they become one of the most uses of this technology, as they entered into what is called, the world of digital privacy, especially when individuals share their private issues through the internet and that what makes their private life vulnerable to violation by other users of the technology.
