الرؤية التجارية الدولية لحقوق الملكية الفكرية وتأثيرها على الدول العربية

الملخص

مـلخـص: حظيت الملكية الفكرية باهتمام دولي كبير ومتزايد، وكانت محلا للعديد من الإتفاقيات الدولية، وقد كانت إتفاقية تريبس أشمل الإتفاقيات الدولية التي نظمت جميع أنواع حقوق الملكية الفكرية، وكذا أكثرها تشددا، بحيث فرضت مستويات أعلى من الحماية بحجة ضمان عدم إعاقة حقوق الملكية الفكرية لحرية التجارة الدولية، وفي الحقيقة أن هذه الإتفاقية كانت نتيجة ضغوط الشركات الكبرى متعددة الجنسيات والدول المتقدمة على حساب مصلحة الدول النامية بما فيها الدول العربية، التي تأثرت بهذا المستوى المتشدد من الحماية في جميع المجالات الحيوية بما فيها تنمية الإقتصاد وتهديد الأمن الغذائي وحتى الصحة العامة، بعكس الوعود التي قدمتها الدول المتقدمة بتقديم الدعم لهذه الدول والمساهمة في نقل التكنولوجيا لها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الملكية الفكرية، إتفاقية تريبس، الدول العربية. Abstract: Intellectual property has received great and increasing attention, it was the subject of many international agreements, and the TRIPS Agreement was the most comprehensive international agreement that regulated all types of intellectual property rights, and the most stringent one, so that it imposed higher levels of protection under the pretext of ensuring that intellectual property rights do not impede the freedom of international trade, and in fact this agreement was the result of pressure from the major multinational corporations and developed countries at the expense of the interest of developing countries, including the Arab countries,Which was affected by this strict level of protection in all vital areas, including the development of the economy and the threat of food security and even public health, cotrary to the promises made by the developed countries to provide support to these countries and contribute to the transfer of technology to them.
