حماية الملكية الفكرية لحقوق المؤلف للمصنفات الرقمية -قراءة في المدلول وسبل الحماية

الملخص
بعد أن كانت حقوق الملكية الفكرية للمؤلف بكافة أنواعها مرتبطة بالجانب التقليدي فقط،إلا أن ثورة المعلومات والإتصال وتطور التكنولوجيا ألقت بظلالها، لتدفع نحو تبني حماية الملكية الفكرية للمؤلف عن المصنفات الرقمية حتى لا تبقى عرضة للإعتداء، لذلك تركز الدراسة على الجوانب التي يتم حمايتها للمؤلف عن هذه المصنفات في البيئة الرقمية حيث تشتمل هذه المصنفات لعدة تقسيمات منها ما هو مرتبط بالحاسب الآلي وبرامجه،وقواعد بيانات وطبوغرافيا الدوائر المتكاملة،وأخرى مرتبطة بشبكة الانترنت ووسائطها المتعددة،لنقف على الحماية الدولية لهذه الحقوق من طرف المنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية. After the author’s intellectual property rights of all kinds were related to the traditional aspect only, the information and communication revolution and the development of technology cast a shadow, pushing towards adopting the protection of the author’s intellectual property over digital works so that they do not remain vulnerable to attack, so the study focuses on the aspects that are protected for the author from These works are in the digital environment, as these works include several divisions, including what is related to the computer and its programs, databases and topography of integrated circuits, and others linked to the Internet and its multimedia, to stand on the international protection of these rights by the World Intellectual Property Organization..
