الالتزام الصحي لدى مرضى السرطان

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى الالتزام الصحي لدى مرضى السرطان، الذي يعد من بين الأمراض الأكثر انتشارا والتي تسبب الكثير من التعقيدات الصحية والاقتصادية وذلك لما يفرضه من قواعد وأنظمة صحية تتمثل في العديد من الجوانب كالتغذية الصحية والبروتوكولات العلاجية المختلفة كجرعات الدواء والعلاج الكيميائي....الخ كما هدفت الدراسة أيضا إلى الكشف عن الفروق بين المصابين تعزى لمتغير الجنس. أجريت الدراسة بمستشفى الزهراوي بمدينة المسيلة على عينة قوامها 90 مصاب ومصابة بمرض السرطان، وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا الحالية على المنهج الوصفي وذلك بالاستناد على استبيان الالتزام الصحي لعبد الصمد صورية والذي تم حذف 5 بنود منه وذلك بعد حساب الخصائص السيكومترية فأصبح يتكون من 10 بنود بدل 15 بند. هذا وقد أسفرت النتائج عن مستوى التزام صحي عالي لدى أفراد العينة، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس .و الذي قد يكون راجعا لنوع المرض بحد ذاته فمرض السرطان يستوجب التزاما صحيا عاليا ولا يستثنى منه أي من الذكر أو الأنثى كون المرض مهدد للحياة. The aim of the current study to identify the level of health compliance among cancer patients, which is among the most prevalent diseases that cause many health and economic complications, due to the imposed health rules and regulations represented in many aspects such as healthy nutrition and various treatment protocols such as drug doses and chemotherapy...etc. The study also aimed to reveal the differences between the patients due to the gender variable. The study was conducted at Al-Zahrawi Hospital in the city of M'sila on a sample of 90 patients with cancer. In our current study, we relied on the descriptive approach, based on the health compliance questionnaire of Abd al-Samad Suriya, from which 5 items were deleted, after calculating the psychometric characteristics, so it consisted of 10 items instead of 15. item. The results revealed a high level of compliance among the respondents, in addition to the absence of statistically significant differences due to the gender variable. Which may be due to the type of disease itself. Cancer requires a high health compliance, and neither male nor female is excluded from it, since the disease is life-threatening.
