Abstract
Abstract: Professional secrecy in general and bank secrecy in particular aims to protect the individual in the context of his private life.Exception to the principle of bank secrecy should not be extravagant until they outweigh the original , as this leads to negative effects that will effect individuals and the work perfermance of construction element economic on the one hand , on the other hand , these cases must be precisely defined so as not to infringe the rule of banking secrecy which is the very foundation of banking transaction and leads to a loss of trust between the bank and the customer
