The Role Of Governance In Startups Growth- A Simple Of Algerian Startups

Abstract
This article provides a comprehensive framework for governance issues in Algerian startups across their life cycles with the aim to explore the link between the practices of startup governance and their growth stages. The results indicate that the existential level of governance pillars varies according to the stages of the life cycle. The study recommends that governance practices should be applied in startups from the beginning of their life cycle.
