التهديد الإرهابي النائم في بلجيكا:بين الجمود والإستمرارية

الملخص
: اجتهد المفكرون من أجل إيجاد تعريف دقيق لمصطلح الإرهاب لما يمثله من تهديد للأمن خاصة بعد سلسلة التفجيرات الدموية التي شهدتها أهم العواصم الأوروبية كباريس وبروكسل والكشف عن وجود ترابط بين العمليتين الإرهابيتين، وعلاقة منفذيها بالخلايا النائمة المتواجدة في بلجيكا.هذا ما أدى لخوف الأجهزة الأمنية من احتمال تفعيل هذه الخلايا وتحضيرها لهجوم إرهابي . Thinkers have striven to find an accurate definition of the term terrorism because of the threat it poses to security, especially after the series of bloody bombings that took place in the most important European capitals such as Paris and Brussels, and the discovery of a connection between the two terrorist operations and the relationship of their perpetrators to the sleeper cells present in Belgium. This is what led the security services to fear of the possibility of activating these cells, and preparing for a terrorist attack.
