دور التكوين الجامعي في تنمية وتعزيز روح المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة - دراسة حالة جامعة بومرداس -

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد دور التكوين الجامعي في تنمية وتطوير قدرات ومهارات الطلبة التي تسمح لهم بطرح أفكار يمكن تجسيدها كمشاريع مقاولاتية. وكيف يساهم التكوين في تعزيز وتنمية الفكر المقاولاتي لدى الطلاب، ودمجهم في البيئة المقاولاتية بشكل يساعدهم على إطلاق المؤسسات واتاحة فرص عمل، بدلا من البحث عن وظيفة، وتم إسقاط الدراسة على جامعة بومرداس. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن في جامعة بومرداس هناك أنشطة تحسيسية تسعى إلى توجيه الطلبة نحو المقاولاتية وإنشاء المشاريع، بما يتماشى مع طموحاتهم وتخصصاتهم واحتياجات مجتمعهم، إضافة إلى تقديم الدعم والمرافقة لحاملي المشاريع، عن طريق أجهزة تعمل داخل الجامعة منها حاضنات الأعمال ودار المقاولاتية، وهو ما أدى إلى إطلاق العديد من الأفكار المبتكرة التي يمكن تجسيدها كمؤسسات ناشئة في جامعة بومرداس، مع ابراز نوعية التكوين الجامعي لتنمية قدرات ومهارات الطلاب وزيادة رصيدهم المعرفي، بما يسمح لهم بدخول ريادة الأعمال والمقاولاتية وإنشاء المؤسسات Abstract: The study aimed to identify the role of university training in the development of student’s abilities and skills that allow them to put forward ideas that can be embodied as entrepreneurial projects, and how it contributes to the promotion and development of entrepreneurial thought among students and their integration into the entrepreneurial environment in a way that helps them launch institution and provide job opportunities, instead of seeking traditional employment. The study focused on the case of the University of Boumerdes. The study found that at the university of boumerdes there are nine awareness activities to guide students towards entrepreneurship and project creation, aligning with their aspirations, specializations, and community needs. The university provides support and guidance to project holders through various facilities and entities within the university, such as business incubators and entrepreneurship centers. This led to launch of many innovative ideas that can be embodied as emerging institutions at the University of Boumerdes. Thus, it highlights that university education contributes to the development of students' capabilities, skills, and knowledge, allowing them to foster entrepreneurial ideas and establish their own enterprises.
