Abstract
Abstract: The 2016 constitutional amendment in Algeria adopted the primary question of constitutionality mechanism after being affected by the French constitution of 2008, which, after years of rejecting the posterior constitutional review , retracted its position for several considerations, as it established a new system mediating both the American and the European model of judicial constitutional review , the french new mechanism has some characteristics that made of it a unique oversight This system, despite its importance knew many limits that affected its effectiveness in the field of individuals' protection of their rights and freedoms guaranteed by the constitution .
