تحليل واقع القطاع الفلاحي في الجزائر

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع القطاع الفلاحي كبديل تنموي للاقتصاد الجزائري، وإبراز أهم مقوماته ومدى مساهمته في التنمية الاقتصادية للدولة ، ومن أجل تحقيق اهداف البحث ، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال الاعتماد على معطيات إحصائية صادرة عن الهيئات الوطنية والإقليمية الدولية، ومن ثم دراستها وتحليلها ،وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى ان القطاع الفلاحي في الجزائر ورغم الثروات والإمكانات الطبيعية التي يتميز بها ، لا يزال رهين الظروف المناخية بالإضافة الى عدم قدرته على توظيف موارده المتاحة بكفاءة ، مما أدى الى انخفاض الناتج الفلاحي، ومع زيادة الكثافة السكانية أدى الى اتساع الفجوة الغذائية ، وبقيت الدولة تعاني من التبعية الغذائية للخارج بالاستراد ، وعليه تنطلق أهمية الدراسة من أهمية الموضوع في حد ذاته ، خاصة في ظل الاحداث والتوترات السياسية الراهنة بالإضافة الى الصدمة البترولية الأخيرة وآثارها السلبية على الاقتصاديات الريعية، بحيث أصبح من الضروري على الحكومة تنويع اقتصادها بغية التخلص من التبعية الغذائية للخارج ، من خلال الاهتمام بقطاع الفلاحة وذلك من اجل تحقيق الامن الغذائي لها ومنه تحقيق الامن السياسي للدولة. This study aims to shed light on the reality of the agricultural sector as a development alternative to the Algeria economy, highlighting its most important components and the extent of its contribution to the economic development of the state,and to achieve the search goals,the analytical descriptive approachwas adopted by relying on statistical data issued by nationaland regional international bodies,and then study and analyze them,The results of the study have concluded that the agricultural sector in Algeria, despite the wealth and natural potential that it is characterized by,he is still dependent on the climatic conditions as well as his inability to use his available resources efficiently, which led to a decrese in agricultural output,with the increase in population density,the food gap has widened and the country continued to suffer from food dependence abroad by importing, the i mportance of the study therefore arises from the importance of the topic itself, especially in light of the current political events and tensions in addition to the recent oil shock and its negative effects on rentier economies,so it has becom necessary for the government to diversify its economy in order to get rid of food dependence abroad by paying attention to the agriculture sector in to achieve food security for it including achieving the political security of the state.
