الملخص
منذ ان وطأة اقدام المستعمر الفرنسي ارض الجزائر، ظهرت شخصيات وطنية تدافع عن الهوية الجزائرية ومناهضة للاستعمار الفرنسي، ومع نهاية القرن 19م ظهرت فئة وضعت بصمتها الوطنية وكانت المحطة التي تنطلق منها النهضة الجزائرية ومن ثم المقاومة السياسية والثورية، ويعتبر امحمد بن رحال أحد هذه الشخصيات التي أرست مع مطلع القرن 20م قواعد الفكر السياسي الوطني النهضوي بالنسبة للجزائر المعاصرة، وتابعت مسيرته فئة نخبوية وطنية اخرى لعبت دورها في مواصلة النضال. كما كان بن رحال يرى ان الاسلام لا يمنع الاستفادة والتفتح على التقدم الذي بلغه العالم الخارجي حتى ولو كانت فرنسا الاستعمارية، ويقوم بتشجيع كل نشاط وطني يهدف إلى النهوض بالبلاد والعباد. الكلمات المفتاحية: النخبة، النهضة، الوطنية، بن رحال، الثقافة. Abstract: Since the footsteps of the French colonialists on the land of Algeria, patriotic personalities emerged defending the Algerian identity and opposing French colonialism, and with the end of the 19th century AD a group appeared that put its national mark and was the station from which the Algerian renaissance and then the political and revolutionary resistance began. With the beginning of the 20th century AD, it established the foundations of national renaissance political thought for contemporary Algeria, and its path was followed by another national elite group that played its role in continuing the struggle. Ben Rahal also believed that Islam does not prevent benefiting from and opening up to the progress that the outside world has reached, even if it was colonial France, and he encourages every national activity aimed at the advancement of the country and its people.
