الملخص
ملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة، إلى استظهار إحدى مقومات العولمة وتقصي حذو الديناميات المجتمعية، نظرا لبناء سينوغرافية مشهد المدنية الحديثة، التي تعزى الى تنميط قضاياها وتقييم أبعادها إلى جهات فاعلة عدة، عبر منطق التداول الآني واللاتزامني للبيانات، والذي أتاحه الإستخدام الشمولي والمفرط لخوارزميات الذكاء الإصطناعي المدمجة مع نظام عمل تطبيقات منصات التشبيك الاجتماعي، ما استحدث منظومة سيبرنيطيقية للتحكم الآلي، بل فضاءا لوجيستيا موازيا، تتداخل فيه سيميائية الأيقونة ورمزية الخطاب مع توجهات الأنساق القيمية، والقضايا الأخلاقية، المتفق عليها جميعا، بحيث بات فعل تثبيط الإستخدامات الرقمية غير الأخلاقية، والعبث بإحداثيات خوارزميات الذكاء الإصطناعي، يكتنف أهمية بالغة على الصعيدين الأخلاقي والسوسيوقيمي، خاصة ما تعلق منها؛ بالتطفل على خصوصية المستخدمين أو الرّكن إلى التلاعب بعقولهم، وهذا ما أثبته فضيحة كامبردج أناليتيكا سنة 2018، أين تجلت معالم الاستخدام السيئ لخوارزميات منصة فايسبوك، في التحكم بتدفق المعلومات من خلال إنشاء الكثير من الحسابات الزائفة، واستخدام الروبوتات في اغراق الفايسبوك بمضمون تحيزي، في ظل الاعتماد على حملات التضليل والدعاية المغرضة، وكذا الترويج لصورة المرشح وسمعته (لتزكية المرشح العميل للشركة)، واعتماد خطابات الكراهية (للإطاحة بسمعة المرشح غير العميل). Abstract: This study aims to shed light on one aspect of globalization and explore the dynamics of social formations in the construction of the modern civil scene. This is attributed to the categorization and evaluation of its issues, involving various stakeholders, through the logic of real-time and asynchronous data exchange facilitated by the extensive and excessive use of artificial intelligence algorithms integrated with the operational system of social networking platforms. This has led to the emergence of a cybernetic system for automated control, but also a parallel logistic space where the semiotics of icons and the symbolism of discourse intersect with the orientations of shared values and ethical issues. Consequently, the act of inhibiting unethical digital practices and manipulating the coordinates of artificial intelligence algorithms has become highly significant on both moral and sociocultural levels, especially concerning invasion of user privacy or manipulation of their minds. This was exemplified by the Cambridge Analytica scandal in 2018, where the misuse of Facebook's algorithms was evident in controlling the flow of information through the creation of numerous fake accounts and using bots to flood Facebook with biased content. This was accompanied by deceptive campaigns and targeted propaganda to promote the image and reputation of a favored candidate (serving the interests of the company) while resorting to hate speech to undermine the reputation of non-favored candidates
