الملخص
الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى وصف ظاهرة استمرار هيمنة اللغة الفرنسية على النسيج الثقافي واللغوي الجزائري (رغم مرور أكثر من 60 سنة من الاستقلال) من خلال تحليل الاستراتيجيات والآليات التي تنتهجها لاستغلال الازدواجية اللغوية في الحقل الأكاديمي، من أجل الحفاظ على الرمزية والمكانة الاجتماعية العالية التي تحتلها، حيث قمنا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المقارن الذي يقارن الظاهرة اللغوية في مجالين اثنين. وقد استخدمنا تقنية الاستمارة الالكترونية المغلقة للحصول على أكبر قدر من المعلومات، وقمنا أيضا باستخدام تقنية المقابلة لتدعيم النتائج المتحصل عليها. وتوصلنا إلى أن الازدواجية اللغوية في الحقل الأكاديمي ساهمت في خلق نخبتين لغويتين، نخبة مفرنسة تمتلك جميع وسائل الاعتراف والتقدير الاجتماعي والحظوظ الأوفر للارتقاء في المناصب الراقية، ونخبة معربة تعاني من صعوبة الولوج إلى سوق العمل والارتقاء في المناصب الراقية ،وهو ما خلق تمايزا بين النخبتين أدى بدوره إلى خلق صورة نمطية عن الأهمية الاجتماعية والرمزية للغة الفرنسية، وعن انحصار الوظيفة الثقافية للغة الوطنية في الفضاءات الدينية فقط، وهو ما يعني إعادة إنتاج نفس الأفكار الاستعمارية التي سعى المستعمر إلى ترسيخها Abstract: This study aims to describe the phenomenon of the continued dominance of the French language over the Algerian cultural and linguistic fabric by analyzing the strategies and mechanisms it pursues to exploit bilingualism in the academic field, in order to preserve the symbolism and high social position it occupies. Where we used the descriptive approach and we used the techniques of exploratory interviews to get closer to the subject and the closed electronic questionnaire to obtain more information. we have found that bilingualism in the academic field has contributed to the formation of two linguistic elites, an Arabized elite that lacks recognition and chances of advancement in prestigious positions, and a French-speaking elite that has all the means of recognition, of social appreciation and the best chances of ascent to prestigious positions, which created a distinction between the two elites, which led to the creation of a stereotypical image of the social and symbolic importance of the French language, and the confining of the cultural function of the national language to religious spaces only, that is to say the reproduction of the same ideas that the colonizer sought to implant in the minds of Algerians during the colonial era. Which leads us to say that the Arabic language suffers from a real cultural crisis which should be clarified by the study and scientific analysis.
