الملخص

تمثل حاضنات الاعمال بجميع أنواعها احدى انماط الاقتصاد التشاركي وقد ظهرت فعاليتها في تحسين التنمية الاقتصادية في العالم من خلال خدمات الدعم التي تقدمها للمشاريع الاقتصادية الناشئة مند اول ظهور لها. حاضنات الاعمال الجامعية أحد اشكال حاضنات الاعمال وقد ارتأينا في هده الورقة البحثية التطرق لدراستها عبر اجراء دراسة حالة عن حاضنة اعمال (جامعة وهران احمد بن بلة1) نموذجا وقد اعتمدنا لدلك على كل من المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي عبر الاطلاع على الدراسات السابقة كخطوة أولية الى جانب اعتماد منهج دراسة حالة. سمحت لنا الدراسة من الحصول على العديد من النتائج ومن بينها ان حاضنات الاعمال الجامعية هي أكثر الانواع صدارة في مجال دعم ريادة الاعمال الدي تعتمد عليه الجزائر حاليا لمساعدة أصحاب المشاريع الابتكارية من خريجي الجامعات في انشاء مشروعاتهم الاقتصادية (بما فيها الشركات الناشئة). كلمات مفتاحية: الجامعة، حاضنة الاعمال، التنمية الاقتصادية تصنيفات JEL : .A1 ، D02،I25، O1 Abstract: Business incubators of all kinds represent one of the patterns of the participatory economy Its effectiveness in improving economic development in the world has been demonstrated through the support services it provides to emerging economic projects since their first appearance. University business incubators are considered one of the forms of business incubators so we decided in this research paper to adress its study by conducting a case study on the business incubator « Oran University 1- Ahmed Ben Bella » as a model and we relied for this on both the inductive and analytical approach by looking at previous studies as a preliminary step in addition to adopting a case study approch. The study allowed us to obtain many results, including that university business incubators are the most pioneering type in the field of supporting entrepreneurship, which Algeria currently relies on to help innovative entrepreneurs from university graduates in establishing their economic projects (including startups).
