الملخص

ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور المحوري والهام الذي تلعبه حاضنات الأعمال من خلال تأطير ومرافقة الكفاءات من أصحاب مشاريع الأفكار المبتكرة. وتم إختيار حاضنة أعمال جامعة المسيلة أنموذجا بصفتها الحاضنة الرائدة على المستوى الوطني، وتجلى ذلك من خلال ما تحصلت عليه من براءات إختراع وشهادات لابل والمساهمة في إنشاء مؤسسات ناشئة وتجسيد الأفكار إلى مشاريع على أرض الواقع مما جعلها موضوع إشادة أكبر المسؤولين في الوزارات ذات الصلة وإعتبارها مثالا يقتدى به لدفع عجلة التنمية. Abstract : This study aims to highlight the pivotal and important role that business incubators play by framing, developing and accompanying the competencies of the owners of innovative ideas projects. The University of M'sila business incubator was chosen as a model as the leading incubator at the national level, and this was evident through the patents and certificates it obtained and the contribution to the establishment of emerging institutions and the embodiment of ideas into projects on the ground, which made it the subject of praise from the most senior officials in the relevant ministries and as an example He is emulated to advance economic development.
