الملخص

قامت الحضارة الاسلامية على أساسين متينين هما النحو والفقه، اللذان لعبا دورا بالغا في توجيه الإنسان المسلم إلى الريادية وحفظ مقوماته من الانحلال و التلاشي أمام الضربات المتكررة لزمن مجيد من التاريخ. في هذه الدراسة المختصرة نشير إلى علم النحو والفقه تعريفا ونشأة. وأهم المدارس التي أنشأت ووجهت الدرس النحوي؛ الذي يُعتبر أساس العلوم اللغوية الأخرى. وتناولت كذا الفقه تعريفًا ونشأة باعتباره السبب الرئيسي في نشأة النحو. وفي الخاتمة تناولنا موضوع الحضارة تعريفا ليُطرح التساؤل عن علاقة الحضارة بعلمي الفقه والنحو، وبذلك نفتح مجالا لدراسات أخرى. : ABSTRACT Islamic Civilization was built on two solid foundations ; Grammar and Jurisprudence, which played a major role in directing the Muslim person to the leadership and preserving his elements from disintegration and fading in the face of the repeated strikes of glorious times in history. In this brief study; we refer to definition and origin of grammar and Jurisprudence in, and the most important schools that established and directed the grammar lesson; ; which is considered the basis of the other linguistics sciences. And jurisprudence as the main reason for the emergence of grammar. In the conclusion, we desit with subject of Civilization as a defination to raise the question about the role of grammar and Jurisprudence in the advancement of Civilization, and thus open the way for other studies.
