الاستدلال في التراث النحويّ ودوره في الترجيح بين المسائل الخلافيّة عند النحاة Inference In The Grammatical Heritage And Its Role In Weighting Between Controversial Issues Among Grammarians

الملخص
تتأسس هذه الدراسة على نظرة تأملية للموروث النحوي العربي القديم، وما شمله من تماحك بين النحاة عند إثبات أصحية أو سلامة ما استنبطوه من قواعد نحوية، وكيفية توظيف الدليل عند تعراضهم في ذلك، وطرق ترجيح مسألة نحوية على أخرى؛ إمّا بإقرار الرواية أو بقرار الدراية، وإمّا بالاحتكام إلى القواعد الكليّة في ذلك. ومن هنا فالدراسة تهدف إلى بيان الكيفية التي سلكها النحاة عند استدلالاتهم، وكذا النظر إلى منهجهم و أدواتهم وتصورهم الذي عولوا عليه في مقامات الخلاف وقد كانت أدوات الدراسة مستنبطة من لدن ما ألفه هؤلاء فشملت بذلك كتب الأصول والخلاف وتنوعت بتنوع موضوع الدراسة؛ وقد برزت أهم النتائج في كون أن الاستدلال مارسه النحاة من أجل بناء وإثبات القاعدة فشكل بذلك المنهج وحكم التصور وأصدر الأحكام. This study is based on a contemplative view of the ancient Arabic grammatical heritage, and the controversy between grammarians when proving the validity or integrity of what they deduced from grammatical rules, and how to employ evidence when they oppose it, and ways to weigh one grammatical issue over another, either by approving the novel or by the decision of knowledge, or by resorting to the overall rules in that. Hence, the study aims to show how the grammarians walked when their inferences, as well as looking at their approach and tools and perception, which they relied on in the places of disagreement has been the tools of the study deduced from what was written by these included books assets and disagreement and varied diversity of the subject of the study. The most important results emerged in the fact that reasoning was practiced by grammarians in order to build and prove the rule, thus forming the method, ruling the perception and issuing judgments.
