Analyse Des Signaux Vibratoires D'un Reducteur A Engrenage Par Le Cepstre Synthrone En Vue D'un Diagnostic Precoce

Résumé
The gear reductors are present in ail mechanical machines. Researchers are still very interested in the study of gear reductors because of their relative weakness. ln this paper, we propose indicators for the fault diagnosis of a gear redactor made of two toothed wheels operating al constant conditions. This technique is based on the synchronous cepstral analysis of the vibration signal delivred from the gear reduclor system under study. The relationship between this technique and the vibration signal characteristics will be shown. The performances of the cepstre technique are demonstrated relatively to the expertise report.
