الملخص
تتوخى هذه الورقة البحثية بالدراسة والتحليل معالجة اشكالية جهود أحد فقهاء وعلماء بجاية وهو الشيخ عبد الرحمن الوغليسي (ت786ه/1384م) في محاربة الانحرافات السلوكية التي سادت الوسط الاجتماعي البجائي بشكل خاص والمغرب أوسطي بشكل عام، وكانت مسألة سفور النساء هي الأنموذج الذي أخضعناه للمعاينة البحثية والفحص بشكل مركز. إذ كما هو مثبت في متون النص المصدري أنه سادت بالوسط الاجتماعي البجائي كغيره من الأوساط الاجتماعية ببلاد الغرب الاسلامي مظاهر سلوكية مشينة، وانحرافات أخلاقية متعددة كان لبعض النسوة نصيب فيها كضحايا أو متسببات في إشاعة الفتنة وتغذية الفساد. وكان ملاذنا لمعاينة جهود الوغليسي التطبيبية لأمراض مجتمعه الخُلقية والتربوية بما في ذلك مسألة السفور، وتحديد مظاهرها، ومعاينة بصمته في ذلك المسعى؛ هي فتاويه التي احتفظ بها النص الفقهي النوازلي، وأسلوبه التدريسي المنتهج للتربية والتعليم، ومصنفاته التي أنتجها، وخطابه المسجدي ونشاط الإمامة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الواغليسي؛ نحيف؛ يعالج؛ الفتوى، الكشف. Summary: This research paper intends, through study and analysis, to address the problematic efforts of one of the jurists and scholars of Bejaia, Sheikh Abd al-Rahman al-Wuglisi (d. 786 AH / 1384 CE) in combating the behavioral deviations that prevailed in the Bejai social milieu in particular and in the Middle Maghreb in general. Concentrated. As it is proven in the text of the source text that there prevailed in the Bejai social milieu, like other social milieus in the countries of the Islamic West, disgraceful behavioral manifestations, and multiple moral deviations in which some women had a share as victims or as causes of spreading sedition and feeding corruption. It was our refuge to examine the medical efforts of Al-Woglissi for the moral and educational diseases of his society, including the issue of unveiling, identifying its manifestations, and examining his imprint on that endeavor. They are his fatwas that were preserved by the Nawazli jurisprudential text, his teaching method used for education and education, his works that he produced, his mosque discourse and the activity of the imama.
