الملخص

يهدف هذا البحث إلى رصد هوية المصطلح الإداري، وأسس صناعته، للوصول إلى ما يميز معايير وضع المصطلح الإداري عن غيره، وستكون عينة البحث نماذج للمصطلحات الإدارية المستعملة في جامعة قطر لتحليلها، ولأن الدراسة تتطلب تعقب المصطلحات الإدارية قديما وحديثا، من خلال الرصد والتصنيف وفق مجموعات ومن ثم تحليلها لمعرفة معايير صوغها؛ فقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج التاريخي، بالإضافة إلى المنهج الوصفي؛ وذلك للإجابة عن سؤال رئيس، هو: ما الذي يميز معايير صوغ المصطلح الإداري عن غيره من المصطلحات الأخرى؟ كشفت الدراسة عن أنّ التطور الذي تشهده جامعة قطر، أدى لظهور اضطراب في المصطلحات المستعملة. This research aims to define the identity of the administrative term, and the foundations of crafting it, in order to reach what distinguishes the criteria for stating the administrative term from others. The research sample will be models of administrative terms that circulated in qatar university for analysis. And because study requires tracking administrative terms the past to present through monitoring and classification according to groups and then analyzing them to find out the criteria for their formulation. The research relied on historical approach and descriptive approach, In order to answer a major question that is: What distinguishes the criteria for formulating the administrative term from other terms? The study revealed that the development witnessed by Qatar University, has led to confusion in the terminology used.
