المؤسسات الناشئة كخيار استراتيجي لعصرنة الواقع الاقتصادي في الجزائر Start Up As A Strategic Option To Modernize The Economic Reality In Algeria

الملخص
إن الدولة الجزائرية وبتبنيها لنظام اقتصاد السوق، سعت جاهدة إلى التنصل من الاقتصاد الريعي القائم على قطاع المحروقات، وإيجاد البدائل الاقتصادية التي من شأنها ترقية الاقتصاد الوطني لمصاف اقتصادات الدول الكبرى، المرتكزة على سياسة التنويع والرقمنة. وتحقيقا لهذه الأهداف المرجوة، كثفت السلطات الوطنية جهودها بمواكبتها لكافة التحولات الدولية في الميادين الاقتصادية والتكنولوجية، وذلك باستحداثها لبدائل اقتصادية جديدة لتدعيم الاقتصاد الوطني والدفع بعجلة التنمية المستدامة للأمة، ولعل أبرز هذه البدائل قطاع المؤسسات الناشئة. وعليه، فإن توجه الجزائر نحو اعتماد المؤسسات الناشئة كخيار اقتصادي استراتيجي نابع من الحاجة المستمرة إلى التنويع الاقتصادي، والتماشي مع متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، تحقيقا للتحول الرقمي المنشود. The Algerian state, by adopting a market economy system, has striven to evade the rentier economy based on the hydrocarbon sector, and to find economic alternatives that would upgrade the national economy to the ranks of the economies of major countries, based on the policy of diversification and digitization. In order to achieve these desired goals, the national authorities have intensified their efforts by keeping pace with all international transformations in the economic and technological fields, by developing new economic alternatives to support the national economy and push forward the sustainable development of the nation, and perhaps the most prominent of these alternatives is the emerging enterprises sector. Accordingly, Algeria's approach to adopting emerging enterprises as a strategic economic choice stems from the constant need for economic diversification, and in line with the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, in order to achieve the desired digital transformation.
