الملخص

يَتَنَاوَلُ هَذَا الْمَقَالُ تَحْقِيقًا لِرِسَالَةٍ نَفِيسَةٍ لِيُوسُفَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْبِسَاطِيِّ الْمَالِكِيِّ (ت829هـ) فِي شَرْحِ قَوْلِ الصَّحَابِيِّ كَعْبِ بْنِ زُهَيْرٍ -رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ- فِي قَصِيدَةِ بَانَتْ سُعَادُ: (حَرْفٌ أَخُوهَا أَبُوهَا مِنْ مُهَجَّنَةٍ)، وَبَيَانِ مَا يَشْتَبِهُ بِهَذَا النِّسَبِ فِي الْآدَمِيِّينَ، وَمَا يَلْحَقُهُ فِي بَابِ الْمَوَارِيثِ، فَذَكَرَ فِيهِ نَحْوًا مِنْ ثَلَاثِينَ مَسْأَلَةً. وَقَدْ قَدَّمْنَا الْبَحْثَ بِتَرْجَمَةٍ لِلْمُؤَلِّفِ بِبَيَانِ مَوْلِدِهِ وَطَرِفٍ مِنْ سِيرَتِهِ، ثُمَّ شُيُوخِهِ، وَمَا خَلَّفَهُ مِنْ نَتَاجٍ عِلْمِيٍّ، ثُمَّ بَيَانٍ وَصْفِيٍّ لِلْمَخْطُوطِ مُلْحَقٍ بِصُوَرٍ مِنْهُ. كَمَا خُتِمَ الْبَحْثُ بِجُمْلَةٍ مِنَ النَّتَائِجِ وَالتَّوْصِيَّاتِ. This article deals with the fulfillment of a precious message by Yusuf al-Bissati al-Maliki (died 829 AH) in an explanation of the saying of Ka’b bin Zuhair al-Sahhabi “Harfun Akhouha Abouha Min Mouhadjanatin” in the poem “Bānat Su'ād”, and to clarify what is suspected of this lineage in the human beings, and what is attached to it in the chapter on inheritance in which he mentioned tens of problematic issues. From this standpoint, this research is presented with a translation of the author by stating his birth and an excerpt from his biography, then his teachers, and the scientific output that he left behind. After that, this paper mentioned a descriptive statement of the manuscript appended with pictures of it. To sum up, this research is concluded with a set of conclusions and recommendations.
