الموروث الإجتماعي بين الفنّ والهوية في اقليم توات خلال القرن 18م نموذجا: الحلاقة، والوسم

الملخص
الملخص: تعتبر الموروثات الاجتماعية أهم موجّه للسلوكيات الإنسانية، بحيث يتشبّث بها الفرد والمجتمع ويصرّ على إيصالها للأجيال كأمانة لا يجب المحيد عنها أو نسيانها، ومنها الحلاقة والوسم عند الساكنة التواتية في القرن18م ،فبالرغم من اعتبارها حرفة تتمثّل في التخلّص من الشعر الزائد، وتضمن لهم الوقاية من العديد من الأوبئة، كذلك هي بمثابة طريقة علاجية واستطبابية شأنها شأن الحجامة، ومع اختلاط الأجناس المستوطنة للإقليم تنوعت القصّات وأصبحت تمثل هوية تعريفيّة للأجناس والقبائل تميز بعضها عن بعض، كما ساهم الوسم بشكل فعّال في الحفاظ على ثروة الإبل، وجنّب القبائل الصحراوية وخاصة التواتية منهاـ الدخول في نزاعات حول اثبات ملكيتها، كونها تضرب في الارض لمسافات بعيدة ولأزمنة مديدة وقد تختلط عند المرعى او عند ما ترد الابار، لذا حاولت من خلال هذا البحث إظهار الشمس على هاته العادات الاجتماعية وإبرازها كهوّية ثبوتية، فطرحت الاشكالية التالية : هل فعلا ساهمت هاته القصّات في الحد من ضياع اطفالهم او ما ملكت أيمانهم؟ وهل كانت تسريحات الفتيات لها رسائل اجتماعية مقصودة؟ وهل ساهم الوسم في المحافظة عليها من الضياع؟ وهل يعتّد به في المرافعات كدليل لدى المحاكم الشرعية؟ وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات كان لابد من اطلالة على المجتمع التواتي وتقليب صفحاته، ومعرفة كيف تغلب على ظاهرة إثبات هويته وحافظ على ثروته. Abstract: Social legacies are considered the most important directive of human behavior, where individuals and society cling to them and insist on delivering them to generations as a trust that should not be forgotten or forgotten. These include shaving and marking in the twisted inhabitants of the 18th century, despite being a profession represented in the elimination of excess hair, and guaranteeing them the prevention of many epidemics, as well as a therapeutic and polarizing way, as is the case with bleeding. With the mixing of the settled races of the region, the stories have become a definitive identity for the races and tribes that distinguish one another. The hashtag has also effectively contributed to preserving the wealth of camels, and has spared the desert tribes, especially the Twisted tribes, in proving disputes about their ownership of the land, and thus diving its far distances from the past and reaching the time when the age The sun is a reflection of these social customs and their prominence as a fixed identity. I posed the following problem: Have these stories really helped limit the loss of their children or what they had? Did the girls' disclosures have intentional social messages? Did the hashtag help protect her from loss? Does it count in the pleadings as evidence before the Sharia courts? To answer these questions, it was necessary to look at the Utopian society, turn its pages, and see how it overcame the phenomenon of proving its identity and preserving its wealth.
