الأطالس اللسانية الرقمية العربية: قراءة في التجربة التونسية

الملخص
نشأت الأطالس اللسانية نتيجة للاتصال بين علمي اللغة والجغرافيا، الذي أفرز ما يعرف باللسانيات الجغرافية، وتعدّ الأطالس اللسانية وسيلة حديثة لتسجيل الظواهر اللغوية على خرائط جغرافية، وهي تمثّل أيضا ثمرة بحث لساني على أسس جغرافية، يهدف لجمع اللغات، وحصر الظواهر والتنوعات اللسانية فيها. وفي خضم التطور والحاجة إلى حوسبة اللغة العربية بمختلف مستوياتها، ظهرت جهود غربية وعربية من أجل تطوير البحث اللساني في الأطالس اللسانية، ومحاولة رقمنتها مسايرة لركب التطور وإضفاء سمة الدقة العلمية أكثر على مثل هذه البحوث. وانطلاقا من كل هذا ارتأينا من خلال هذا البحث تسليط الضوء على التجارب العربية في حوسبة الأطالس اللسانية، محاولين الإجابة على الإشكالية التالية: إلى أي مدى نجحت التجربة التونسية في صنع الأطلس اللساني الرقمي؟ Linguistic Atlases originated as a result of communication between linguistics and geography,which produced geographic linguistics, and linguistic atlases are a modern means of recording linguistic phenomana on geographic maps. It is also the result of linguistic research on geographical bases, aimed at collecting languages, and confining linguistic phenomena and variations in them. And the need to computerize the Arabic Language at various levels, Western and Arab efforts have emerged from the development of linguistic research in linguistic atlases, and to try to digitize them in line with the evolution and to give more scientific accuracy to such research. Based on all this, we have seen through this researchto shed light on the Arab experience in the digital linguistic atlases, trying to answer the following question: To what extent has the Tunisian experience succeeded in designing a digital linguistic atlas?
