الملخص
الملخص بالعربية: موضوع اصطكاك الأسنان، من المواضيع التي لا تزال تشكل استفهاما نظريا وميدانيا في مجال الصحة الطبية والنفسية على وجه الخصوص،فـآلياته اللاشعورية واللاإرادية في تدمير العضوية للجهاز السني، يجعله عاملا أساسيا في بروز الإختلال الوظيفي للجهاز المضغي، في أسلوب لا شعوري، لا إرادي، أثناء النوم أو في اليقظة. والمصاب من دون الشعور به لا يمتلك إرادة في التحكم فيه، إذ يظهر في تكرار هذا الاضطراب و اعتياده رغم تردده على مصالح جراحة الإنسان لترميم جهازه المضغي. نقص الوجهات النظرية والدراسات الميدانية في المجال العيادي النفسيّ والسيكوسوماتي لهذا الاظطراب، دفعنا لاقتراح إستراتيجية تشخيصية، لتحديد طبيعة التوظيف النرجسي للمصاب باصطكاك الأسنان، الذي يتمثل في الانسحاب النرجسي، بالاستناد إلى التناول العيادي والاسقاطي لخمس حالات من خلال اختباري الرورشاخ وتفهم الموضوع. Abstract: Bruxism is among the disorders that still forms a theoretical as well as practical question in the field of medical and particularly psycho-somatic health. It is an essential factor in the onset of the syndrome; Algo-Malfunction of the Mandatory Device, by a destructive mechanism of this device in an unconscious and unintentional way. The affected individual or the bruxomane does not possess the ability to control him during sleep or arousal. The inadequacies of the theoretical interpretations and the practical studies in clinical and psycho-somatic psychology motivate us to propose a psycho-diagnostic strategy in order to determine the narcissistic functioning of the Bruxomanian cases and therefore the objective of this study is to find the ratio Between narcissistic disinvestment and the attainment of bruxism based on the clinical and projective study of five cases through the Rorschach test and TAT.
