Résumé : L’objectif de ce travail, est de comprendre la notion de la gouvernance, de la gouvernance d’entreprise et de représenter les fondements théoriques qui ont accompagné l’émergence de concept « gouvernance »et leur pratiques au sein des entreprises et la façon de gérer et de gouverner ses relations avec ses parties prenantes. Abstract: The objective of this work is to understand the notion of governance, corporate governance and to represent the theoretical foundations that have accompanied the emergence of the concept of "governance" and their practices within companies and the way of managing and governing its relations with its stakeholders
