بناء الدولة بين النظرية و والظاهرة: دراسة مقارنة في المجالين الغربي والعربي

الملخص
يعتبر البحث في ظاهرة الدولة من أوسع مجالات البحث في التاريخ الإنساني عامة والتاريخ السياسي خاصة، هذه الدراسة جاءت كمحاولة للكشف عن أسباب ومظاهر اكتمال نموذج الدولة في الغرب مقابل عدم اكتماله عربيا، ومن النتائج المتوصل إليها هو أن هيمنة النموذج الحضاري الغربي أكاديميا وماديا أدى لهيمنة نظرية الدولة الغربية مقابل ضعف النموذج الحضاري العربي وبالتالي ضعف نظرية الدولة العربية التي أنتجت في سياقه، بالإضافة لضرورة تفكيك عملية التفهيم وإعادة نقد المفاهيم الغربية من أجل بناء مفاهيم تعكس المجال الثقافي والحضاري العربيين. Research on the phenomenon of state is deemed one of the most intricate and multifaceted realms in the political and human history at large. The present paper attempts to uncover the reasons and manifestations of the state model in the West as opposed to the challenges of its incompletion in the Arab world. The study yielded that predominance of the Western model in academia and the political world led to hegemony of the Western theory of State in a context characterized by an ailing Arab model. We denote to the importance of deconstructing the process of conceptualization by criticizing the Western concepts in an attempt to construct anew concepts that reflect the specificities of the Arab culture and civilization.
