مقتضيات الأمن المعلوماتي في ظل التجارة الإلكترونية Information Security Measures In E-commerce Domain

الملخص
مما لاشك فيه ان من أبرز التحولات التي صاحبة مرحلة التحول الرقمي في العالم هو نمو سوق التعاملات الإلكترونية أو ما يسمى بالتجارة الإلكترونية و التي أضحت اليوم تطرح تحديا كبيرا أمام الشركات و المؤسسات و أنظمة الأمن التكنولوجية و قوانين الملكية الفكرية ،فمن دون حماية وأمن معلوماتي قوامه حماية المعطيات الشخصية لأطراف هذه المعاملات حتما ستظل هذه الأخيرة عرضة للسرقة أو القرصنة مما يؤدي إلى إنهيار المشروع التجاري الإلكتروني بأكمله الأمر الذي يفرض على الدول سن تشريعات تعمل من خلالها إلى تكريس حماية خاصة لهذه المعاملات التجارية . تأتي هذه الدراسة للإطلاع على مدلول التجارة الإلكترونية و كذا الأمن المعلوماتي وكذا محاولة رصد أهم الأليات القانونية التي تبناها المشرع الجزائري لتوفير حماية خاصة لهذا النوع من المعاملات التجارية The exponential growth of the electronic transactions market, commonly known as e-commerce, is undeniably one of the most significant shifts accompanying the global digital transformation. This rapid expansion poses considerable challenges for companies, institutions, technological security systems, and intellectual property laws. Without robust information protection and security measures, particularly in safeguarding the personal data involved in these transactions, they remain highly vulnerable to theft and hacking, which can result in the complete collapse of the entire e-commerce enterprise. Consequently, countries are compelled to enact legislation aimed at establishing comprehensive safeguards and dedicated protection for these commercial transactions. This study aims to delve into the intricacies of e-commerce, information security, and the legal mechanisms adopted by the Algerian legislature to ensure enhanced protection for this particular domain of commercial transactions.
