الملخص
إن السعي إلى تطوير المناهج التعليمية الشرعية، يأتي قصد بلوغ النتائج المرضية، وزيادة الفعالية لهذه المناهج؛ على المستوى الفكري والتكويني والوعيّ، وتطويره يكون وفق منهجية علمية صحيحة، تستند إلى أسُس دينية فلسفية ومعرفية واجتماعية ونفسية وتربوية، لا وفق التيارات الغربية والمناهج المستوردة التي تريد أن تنال من المنظومة التعليمية الشرعية، وعليه فإن التطوير ينطلق من المرجعية الإسلامية، ومن خلال الخبراء في التربية في العالم العربي والإسلامي. كما أن دواعي إعادة النظر والتمحيص للمناهج التعلمية الشرعية اليوم تفرضها التغيرات الحالية والمستقبلية، ذلك أن بعض المناهج لم تعد تستوعب مجريات العصر وتحدياته المحلية والإقليمية والدولية، ما يستوجب ملاءمة محتوياتها بإتمام وتصحيح عوارض النقص والخطأ، والسعي إلى تنقيح وتهذيب عناصرها ومكوناتها، بطريقة علمية صحيحة، وفق أسس قوية لائحة، مما يضمن صيرورتها في هذا العصر، وحتى تحقق الغايات العلمية والأهداف التربوية المرجوة منها. The pursuit of developing sharia educational curricula is in order to provide good results, at the intellectual and practical level, and its development is with a correct scientificThe pursuit of developing Islamic educational curricula aims to achieve satisfactory results and increase the effectiveness of these curricula on intellectual, educational, and awareness levels. This development should be based on a sound scientific methodology that relies on religious, philosophical, cognitive, social, psychological, and educational foundations, rather than Western trends and imported curricula that seek to undermine the Islamic educational system. Therefore, development should be based on Islamic references and through experts in education in the Arab and Islamic world. Furthermore, the current and future changes necessitate a review and examination of Islamic educational curricula. Some curricula no longer accommodate the developments and challenges of the local, regional, and international environment, which requires adapting their contents and correcting any deficiencies and errors. The aim is to refine and improve their elements and components in a sound scientific manner, based on strong foundations, to ensure their relevance in this era and to achieve the scientific and educational objectives desired from them.
