الملخص
المخلص: يزخر التراث الشنقيطي بكثير من المعارف الإسلامية المتنوعة، فقد تبحر علماء شنقيط في مختلف العلوم الإسلامية، ولكن ما خلفوه في ساحة الفقه كان أهم شيء، فقد خلفوا منه ثروة هائلة ظهرت فيها عبقريتهم العلمية، وشخصيتهم المتميزة، ومكانتهم الفقهية، فتركوا لنا منه مؤلفات عديدة ومفيدة جديرة بالعناية والدراسة، بل يمكن القول بأن عبقرية علماء الشناقطة ما ظهرت في شيء كظهورها في تآليفهم الفقهية، حيث استطاعوا أن ينتجوا فقها يتلاءم مع واقع تطبعه الحياة البدوية، وتسود فيه الفوضى العاتية، وتنعدم فيه السلطة السياسية، فاجتهدوا فيه واستنبطوا له الأحكام المناسبة. فجاء هذا البحث متناولا حياة أحد أولئك الأئمة المغمورين، ومتطرقا لأهم مؤلفاته الفقهية بالدراسة والتحليل؛ لاستبيان منهجه، وتمحيص مستنده في التصنيف، أعني: شيخ زمانه، وعلامة عصره: محمد ولد حم ختار (ت: 1265هـ) الحاجي نسبا، الشنقيطي موطنا. Abstract: Al- Shenguiṭi’s heritage is rich in various Islamic knowledge. The scholars of Shenguiṭ have explored various Islamic sciences, but their production in the field of jurisprudence were the most important ones. These works are useful and worthy of attention and study. The genius of the scholars of Shenguiṭ did not appear in anything like its appearance in their jurisprudential works. They were able to produce jurisprudence that fits the rural life of Mauritanians marked by extreme chaos and absence of political authority. This research deals with the biography of one of those great Imams. It studies and analyses his most important jurisprudential writings as to investigate his methodology and to scrutinize his basis in classification.
