الملخص
ملخص: في سياق التطورات التكنولوجيا التي شملت الميدان الصناعي والتكنولوجي، أصبح التلوث واستنزاف الموارد الطبيعية حديث الساعة، و أضحت حماية البيئة من أولويات الوقت الراهن، بحيث تعتبر من المواضيع التي حظيت باهتمام داخلي وعالمي كبير، وكحتمية للرغبة في حماية البيئة وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة أصبح من الضروري إيجاد آليات واستراتيجيات تعكس توجهات السياسة البيئية للدول الكفيلة لضمان حماية البيئة، وتحقيق تنمية مستدامة، ومن بين هذه الآليات التي أثبتت قدرتها على مواجهة المشاكل المطروحة والمتعلقة بالبيئة هي الحوكمة البيئية بشكليها الدولي والعالمي. كلمات مفتاحية: الحوكمة البيئية، المفاهيم الأساسية، خصائص الحوكمة ، مبادئ الحوكمة، أهداف الحوكمة. Among these mechanisms that have proven their ability to confront the problems raised and related to the environment is environmental governance in both its international and global forms.
