العلاقات الدولية بين التعاون والصراع – دراسة في تداعيات جائحة كورونا

الملخص
مرت العلاقات الدولية بالعديد من المحطات التاريخية التي تم اعتبارها تحولات جذرية ساهمت في بناء الأسس المعرفية للإطار النظري الذي ساهم في فهم مختلف التغيرات التي حصلت، تعتبر جائحة كورونا من بين المحطات او التحولات الجوهرية الهامة في العلاقات الدولية بشكل عام والأطر النظرية التي يتم من خلالها دراسة وتفسير الواقع الدولي، والتي ساهمت في ابراز العديد من السلوكات الدولية كما ساهمت في ابراز قناعات جديدة حول الواقع الدولي، وسيتم الحديث في هذه الورقة البحثية عن العلاقات الدولية بشكل عام ومظاهر التعاون والصراع في ظل جائحة كورونا، كما سيتم التطرق إلى تداعيات الجائحة على العلاقات الدولية كواقع وعلى الافتراضات والقناعات النظرية التي سادت طيلة فترة زمنية كبيرة، وكذا أهم الافتراضات التي تأكدت في ظل الجائحة. It is well established that International relations have gone through many historical events that were considered as radical transformations which contributed to the establishment of the knowledge foundations for the theoretical framework that enabled the understanding of the various changes that took place. Furthermore, the coronavirus pandemic has greatly affected the interpretation of the international reality, through highlighting many international behaviors and new convictions regarding the international reality. On this basis, this research paper will shed light on international relations in general and the manifestations of cooperation and conflict in light of the Corona pandemic, in addition to the repercussions of the pandemic on international relation, both as a reality and on the theoretical assumptions and convictions that prevailed over a large period of time, as well as the most important assumptions that were confirmed under the pandemic.
