دور حاضنات الأعمال في تنمية ودعم المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة

الملخص
تعتبر حاضنات الأعمال اليوم وسيلة فعالة، والغرض الرئيسي منها مساعدة المشاريع الجديدة على إثبات نفسها وتوفير الموارد المالية والتقنية والإدارية والتسويقية التي تحتاجها، بالإضافة إلى المساعدة في ذلك لابد من وجود بيئة أساسية لتأسيس حاضنة ناجحة ومتقدمة يمكن لنتائجها ومخرجاتها أن تعزز التنمية الاقتصادية من خلال تخريج مشاريع جديدة ومثمرة، كل هذا يتماشى مع الدعم والاهتمام الذي تقدمه الحكومات، فالدور الذي تقوم به الحاضنة يتمثل في تفعيل هذه المشاريع ودعمها للوصول إلى الريادة. فحاضنات الأعمال تعتبر وسيلة ضرورية فعالة للدعم وتنمية نمو المنظمات، فهي تساعدنا على التغلب على مشاكل التأسيس والانطلاق، وتطوير وتسويق منتجاتها، وخصوصا في ظل الأوضاع الحالية، والتي تنسم بتزايد حدة المنافسة، ويتركز الدور الرئيسي للحاضنات على احتضان المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة المبدعة نظرا لقابلية هذه المؤسسات للتطور والنمو وتقبل الأفكار الجديدة. ومن بين هذه المؤسسات نجد المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة التي أصبحت عرضة للزوال في السنوات الأولى من نشأتها بسبب نقص الخبرات ومصادر التمويل، مما أدى إلى ظهور حاضنات الأعمال والتي تقوم بدعم تنمية هذه المؤسسات، فأصبحت تعتبر أداة لحل مشكلة البطالة لدى الشباب من خلال تحويل أفكارهم إلى مشاريع ناجحة وإدخالها في سوق العمل كلمات مفتاحية: التنمية الاقتصادية.؛ مشاريع؛ مصادر التمويل، المنتجات، التسويق Abstract: Today, business incubators are an effective means, the main purpose of which is to help new projects prove themselves and provide the financial, technical, administrative and marketing resources they need. Business incubators are considered a necessary and effective way to support and develop the growth of organizations, as they help us overcome the problems of establishing and launching, developing and marketing their products, especially in light of the current conditions, which are marked by the increasing intensity of competition, and the main role of incubators is focused on embracing creative small and medium enterprises due to the ability of these institutions To develop and grow and accept new ideas.
